The lobster has been a key symbol in a lot of people's mind's since the Surrealism Movement in the 1930's, and it seems to have made a recent resurgence. From the the iconic Elsa Schiaparelli gown to Anna Wintour's Prada dress at Met Gala and the to the Philip Treacy’s crystal lobster hat worn by Lady Gaga to street style shots in between, it's apparent that this crustacean isn't going anywhere soon.
Awesome collection of photos. I remember that post from Late Afternoon but honest didn't notice the lobster! I think I was too fixated on those Philip Lim stunners. Whoops!
